Propitas were appointed as project managers and cost consultants for this scheme on behalf of Nub & Ho Properties Limited. The property comprises an office building located in the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area of Birmingham. The property is Grade II listed and a former Georgian Townhouse that was converted to offices. The works included the strip out of the majority of the internal finishes, removal of upper floor partitioning to create an open plan office area to each floor, and the excavation and underpinning to the basement to create a usable break out area.
The main contractor was S Wallace Developments Limited, MNC Design Services Limited were structural engineers, with St Paul’s Associates appointed as architects.
