Propitas have certified completion of Pure Office’s latest serviced office facility in Port Solent, Portsmouth. Having only been appointed to commence the design in September 2016, the multi million pound scheme has been delivered on time and within budget, with the first tenants taking occupation from 13 March 2017. The 39,000 sq ft building includes 26,000 sq ft of serviced office and 13,000 sq ft of Cat A accommodation.
