Viewpoint One is a modern office building located in the business district of Bracknell and totalling 34,000ft2. Following the freehold acquisition of the property, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate appointed Propitas to Project Manage the necessary refurbishment work.
As part of the refurbishment design development, we identified the opportunity to improve the functionality of the air conditioning to the second floor, changing this from an under floor design to an overhead VRF system, allied to an exposed services design concept that will set the building apart from more traditional offerings in the vicinity.
The building will be returned to the market in Spring 2017, with a variety of leasing options available to prospective tenants.
