Brewery Square is an exicting new build development site in the heart of Dorchester, providing a residential led mixed use development. After several years of planning, design and construction, contractor Galliford Try are completing the phased handover of new build residential blocks.

Propitas have been involved in this site since 2010, acting in a joint project monitoring role for the Developer and Bank. Since the start of the detailed design for this phase in January 2012 we have assisted the Developer and project delivery team with strategic advice, project cash flow, budgetry, drawdown and monitoring services.

Phase 2B comprises 130 no. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses along with 15 no. retail units with two levels of basement car parking. The block is arranged in 5 no. residential buildings with a shared landscaped podium level garden. The island site is finished with new roads and external landscaping.
