Having assisted our clients, Boultbee LDN and City Innovations, with the acquisition of 39 Tabernacle Street, London EC2, Propitas have now been appointed as project manager and cost consultant in respect of its refurbishment. The property is a 15,000 sq ft 1980’s office building located in the heart of Shoreditch, and the scheme will comprise a Cat A fit-out throughout and facade improvements. The plan is to provide a ‘Shoreditch-style’ space with exposed services and a modern, urban design aimed at attracting tenants operating in the tech and media markets. Design is underway and works will commence on site in the Summer.
